Online/Live Webcast Auctions

  • To use our new live online auction service, you will need to register to create an account with us.  Your account will allow you to bid live during the auction, or leave absentee bids before the auction takes place.  Your account will also let you know if your absentee bids are no longer the high bid, along with many other features.  If you require any help with registering, please contact us for assistance.  To register click here.
  • Please note, these are live webcast sales and there is no onsite bidding.
  • Viewing slots are available by appointment only - please contact Martyn on 07892 870729 to arrange an appointment.
  • BUYERS PREMIUM IS 16% ON HAMMER PRICE plus an additional internet surcharge of 3% for using the online bidding option. (we are not VAT registered)
  • You can also bid through easyliveauction.com If you register to bid through the easyliveauction platform (an account would need to be created), you will be given the option to pay a £3.00 flat registration fee, and the buyers premium remains at 16% (you would not be charged the additional 3% internet surcharge). ***Flat Fee - If this option is selected you will pay a flat fee including VAT for the online bidding service, this is paid to Easy Live Auction regardless of whether you bid and is taken directly from your registered payment card.***
  • If you do not wish to register, we can accept absentee bids via e-mail at enquires@uktoyauctions.com or by telephone ++44(0)1270 652773. Bids placed though these 2 options will attract a buyers premium of only 16%.
  • Successful bidders will be notified by invoice following the sale to your registered email.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All delivery charges to the purchasers will be added to the invoice prior to them being sent out.
  • Lots can also be collected by appointment only.
  • Payment by BACS, Debit Card, Credit Card or cheque (by prior arrangement).  We do not accept American Express, or card payments from outside the UK. Full details will be on your invoice.

  • CHEQUES
    Purchasers wishing to pay by cheque must produce a bank reference to the Auctioneers before the sale.
    PLEASE NOTE: Cheques which are post-dated or written by a third party will not be accepted.
    We reserve the right to hold goods until a cheque is cleared if the above conditions are not met.
  • WE EXPECT TO SELL APPROXIMATELY 100 LOTS PER HOUR.
  • ABSENTEE COMMISSION BIDDERS.
    Commission bid forms are available from the Auctioneers, or can be found in our catalogues and on our website. Absentee bids may also be left by phone or by e-mail to enquiries@uktoyauctions.com Our staff will execute bids on behalf of absentee buyers unable to attend the sale at no charge. We undertake to purchase lots as cheaply as allowed by other bids and reserves.
    Any commission bids received with odd figures will be rounded up to the next increment. For example, a bid for £56 would be rounded up to £60, or a bid for £222 would be rounded up to £240. Please see our bid increment table.
  • Bid Increments
    £5 - £100..................................£5
    £100 - £200........................... £10
    £200 - £500...........................£20
    £500 - £1000.........................£50
    In the event of a 'tied' bid, we will always accept the bid we received first.
    Successful bidders will be notified by invoice following the sale.
